Why Sacramento & Loomis families choose 8th Day

There are a lot of baseball training programs in the Sacramento area. Most of them teach mechanics. That is a good start. But at 8th Day Baseball, we train the whole athlete. Mechanics, mental game, and the character that sustains both when the lights get bright and the game gets hard.

Hitting & Mechanics

Rotational power, plate discipline, and a repeatable swing that holds up under pressure. Built for serious players who want results that translate to games, not just practice.

Mental Game Training

Based on the Heads Up Baseball method. Pre-pitch routines, reset drills, and competitive pressure training so your athlete performs when it matters most, not just in the cage.

Faith-Driven Culture

Faith is woven into everything we do, not forced into it. Players leave better at baseball and better in character. That is the 8th Day difference.
