You do not need another highlight clip telling you how good you looked. You need someone who has been in the room with the guys who made it, to tell you what is actually holding you back. That is what this is.

Send me your swing or your bullpen. I break it down on video, frame by frame, in my own voice. What is working, the one or two things costing you, and exactly what to work on next. No sugarcoating. I tell you what I see.

What You Get

• A recorded video breakdown of your film with my voiceover over the top, marking up what matters.
• An honest read on your mechanics and sequencing: what is already working and what is not.
• The one or two things holding you back most, named clearly so you know where to put your reps.
• A clear next step. You will hang up knowing exactly what to train, not a list of twenty things.
• Delivered within 72 hours of the moment I receive usable film.

How to Send Your Film

After checkout, email your video to CoachTrev@8thdaybaseball.com with the subject line FILM REVIEW. In the email, include the player name and age.

• Phone video is perfectly fine. Shoot at regular speed, not slow motion.
• Hitters: film from face on (from the opposite batter’s box) and from behind (the catcher’s view). An open side angle helps if you have it.
• Pitchers: film from the side (open side preferred) and from behind. Both angles if you can.
• Send 3 to 5 swings or pitches. Game footage works. Cage or bullpen work is great too.
• Steady camera, full body in frame, good light. The cleaner the film, the sharper the breakdown.

How It Comes Back

I return your breakdown as a private video link (unlisted, sent straight to the email you used at checkout). Watch it as many times as you want. Save it. Come back to it when you are in the cage.

• This is one recorded review for one player, on one film submission. It is not a live lesson or a back and forth thread.
• The 72-hour clock starts when I receive usable film, not at checkout. If your film is unusable, I will tell you what I need before the clock starts.
