This Week at 8th Day: Refuge, Steady Steps, and Trained Hands
Every morning this week we posted a verse and a training focus on Instagram and X. Here is the week in one place, in case you missed a day.
- Monday, Psalm 36:7: “How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of your wings.” New week, new reps, new innings to play for something bigger than yourself. Take refuge in Him first, then go compete like it matters.
- Tuesday, Psalm 37:24: “Though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the LORD upholds his hand.” Drill of the day: front toss with a fixed landing spot for your stride foot. Ten reps, same spot every time, no exceptions. One bad swing does not shake established steps.
- This week’s video, Psalm 18:34: “He trains my hands for war.” Discipline is preparation, and every rep counts. The new weekly Short is live on our YouTube channel.
Same message all week: the work comes first, and the strength comes from Him. If you want to put that into practice in the cage, book a training session or grab a shirt that says what you believe at the shop.
